Access token
Entered once and kept in this browser only. The owner's token is the ACCESS_TOKEN script property; every other host uses the token the owner issued to them below.
Your sign-in link
Open this link on any browser or device to sign in there — no typing, no token to paste. Once it has opened, bookmark the app itself; that browser stays signed in.
Treat it like a key: anyone who opens it is signed in as you. Only send it to yourself.
How you appear
For each brand: the name and line shown on your join page, your photo, and your own home-room Google Meet link.
Hosts
People who can sign in, record and take calls. Each gets their own token (you see it once, when you issue it; only a scrambled copy is kept). Switching a host off, or revoking their token, stops them signing in. Their recordings stay.

Brands
Each brand is one complete front: its own name, look, and the domains that show it. A link picks its own brand, so you never switch anything. Changes apply immediately, with no redeploy.
Short join links
For one-off meetings, such as a booking from your CRM. Each code gives a link like /join?c=code. A code can name a brand and a host; leave the brand blank to use the brand of the domain it is opened on, and leave the Meet link blank to use that host's own room.
